Senior Backend Engineer
Build and scale the core verification pipeline — API integrations with government databases, async job processing, and the data layer powering 10,000+ daily checks.
Frontend Engineer
Own the client dashboard and the candidate-facing verification flows. We use Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4. You'll work directly with the design and product team.
DevOps / Platform Engineer
Build and maintain the infrastructure that makes 99.9% uptime possible — CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud cost optimisation, observability, and disaster recovery.
Product Manager — Verification Platform
Define what we build next. Own the roadmap for the core verification product, work with enterprise clients to understand needs, and translate them into specs the engineering team can ship.
Verification Operations Analyst
Review and resolve complex verification cases, manage field agent networks, own turnaround time SLAs, and identify process improvements that scale. The operational heartbeat of Truvixx.
Account Executive — Enterprise
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (500+ employees). BGV or HRtech sales experience preferred. Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with multi-stakeholder deals.
Sales Development Representative
Generate qualified pipeline for the enterprise and mid-market AE team. Outbound-heavy role with scope to transition to AE within 12–18 months. Hustle, curiosity, and communication skills required.
Partnerships & Alliances Manager
Build and grow the Truvixx partner ecosystem — HR software integrations, referral partners, channel resellers, and technology alliances. Own partner revenue as a direct line metric.
