While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information and results we provide, Truvixx makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information, data, or report generated through our platform.

2. Accuracy of Verification Results

2.1 Source Dependency

All verification outputs generated by Truvixx are produced by querying external authoritative data sources, including government databases (UIDAI, MoRTH, EPFO, MCA, income tax department), judiciary databases, and institutional records. The accuracy of our results is inherently dependent on the accuracy, completeness, and availability of these third-party sources at the time of the query.

2.2 Possible Limitations

• Government databases may have data entry errors, processing delays, or incomplete records for certain regions or time periods.
• Court records may not yet reflect recent judgments, case disposals, or expungements.
• Employment and education records may differ between what an institution has on file and what the individual recalls or reports.
• Name-matching algorithms may produce false positives for common names or errors due to transliteration differences between scripts.
• Address records sourced from documents may reflect an individual's registered address rather than their current residence.

2.3 Verification Is Not Infallible

A "CLEAR" result from Truvixx indicates that no adverse information was found in the databases queried at the time of the check. It does not constitute a guarantee that no adverse information exists. Records may exist in databases not covered by our current data source network, may have been entered after the query was made, or may exist in physical formats not yet digitised.

A "FLAG" or "REVIEW" result indicates that information requiring human review was found. Such a result is not a finding of guilt, wrongdoing, or unsuitability. It is a prompt for the enterprise Client to conduct further investigation before making a decision.

3. No Legal or HR Advice

Nothing on the Truvixx website, platform, or in any verification report constitutes:

• Legal advice or opinion on the legality of any employment, contracting, or business decision.
• Human resources advice on suitability, fitness for employment, or termination of employment.
• Financial or credit advice regarding the creditworthiness or financial risk of any individual or entity.
• Regulatory guidance on compliance with sector-specific laws (banking, insurance, NBFCs, etc.).
• A police clearance certificate, court-issued document, or any official government certification.

Enterprise Clients are solely responsible for seeking qualified legal and HR counsel before making employment, contracting, or business decisions based on or informed by Truvixx reports. Truvixx is a data verification tool, not a decision-making authority.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

Truvixx queries a network of over 30 government, judicial, and institutional databases. We do not own or control these databases and cannot guarantee their accuracy, uptime, update frequency, or completeness.

• Government portals (UIDAI, EPFO, MoRTH) may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server outages, or policy changes, delaying or preventing certain checks.
• Database APIs provided by government bodies may change without notice, which may affect the speed or scope of certain verification checks while we update our integrations.
• Court database coverage varies by state and tier. Some district courts may have limited digital records, particularly for proceedings prior to 2015.
• Truvixx is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information in third-party databases, and our liability for results derived from such sources is limited to the extent set out in our Terms of Service.

5. Platform Availability

Truvixx strives to maintain high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its services. The platform, APIs, and dashboard may be unavailable or degraded due to:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated at least 72 hours in advance).
• Unplanned outages caused by infrastructure failures at our cloud providers.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS events, or other security incidents outside our control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

Truvixx is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the platform or delays in verification results caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website. • Any claim by an individual (Data Subject) arising from how a Client used or acted upon a verification report.
• Technical errors, system failures, or data corruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Reliance on information on our public website that is found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Our total aggregate liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, as further described in our Terms of Service.
